    Firstly, I will tell them the famous quote of Napolean Bonaparte, "Give me an educated mother, I shall promise you the birth of a civilized, educated nation". By saying this quote I will try to make them understand the how an educated woman contribute to the development of a nation. If a woman is not given proper education, she will not be able to run her family successfully. I will give them a example like, if a woman take her sick child to a pir, fakir or any other superstitious person instead of taking her to doctor and if the child died by maltreatment , it would not the fault of that mother. The family and the society who didn't provide her proper education are the responsible for the child's death.

    At first,education will bring a job for her surely, though job isnt the ultimate goal of education. But I have to convince her family & the villagers to detect their lackings.
    In every religion, education is the basic needs,I will highlight it with the help of Quran,Gita,Bible etc.
    The another barrier is society.In this pandemic, I can show them a great example,if anyone of her family is covid positive,99% people of society won't come to help them.So,society is just illusion.
    Yes,technology can remove the prejudices a little bit.Now there are so many e-commerce, an woman can sell her own nakshi katha,vegetables etc in online.But if she wanna take this opportunity she should have minimum educational background.By earning,she can be empowered also.If she can contribute in her family...    less

    The first thing is to make the parents realize that girls are
    also gifted and talented. She may not be good at other things like cooking, but she has some talent in music or dance which can help her become a playwright later on.
    
    Secondly, we need to convince them by showing how they will benefit if their daughter becomes educated. She can earn for her family in the future and give them better living conditions.
    
    Thirdly, we need to educate them about the virtues of girls
    education by telling stories of famous female writers or other women who have achieved success through learning; this could be a good way to start
    conversations with parents on how they could better support their daughter's interest with small efforts like reading books at home together, etc.
    
    The last thing is to work towards changing the social norms such that girls are given opportunities so they do not feel inferior.  less
