According to this index, FLFP of Bangladesh has increased by a lot because in 2008, it was merely 16 percent and now it is 21 percent. This change can be attributed to women's increasing awareness about their role as well as an increase in access of education and job opportunities for them.
    
    The 2011 World Development Report from the World Bank estimates that if half of all unemployed youth were put into jobs tomorrow, global gross domestic product would increase by more than $2 trillion over the next five years—equal to more than 10% of global GDP!
    
    As a result of women empowerment in job sector in Bangladesh, there is an increase in women contribution to household income. In addition, it improves women's bargaining power within their families which is particularly important in promoting the health and education of children.  less

The largest contribution of women in economy is in the RMG sector (among 4 million workers, 70% of them are women), & we know 12% of the GDP is contributed by this sector. Though most of the contribution of women in the agriculture (in homestead production,post-harvest production, livestock rearing etc.) is as unpaid labor, still this adds huge value to the economy. Day by day, the participation of women in the high quality services is increasing which will also help breaking the taboo of women refrained from economic activities.  less

The rise in women workforce is also due to Introduction of programmes like Microfinance from NGO’s like BRAC & others. Bangladesh also is the 2nd largest exporter of RMG & the workforce in this sector is largely made up of women. All these has lead to the rise of women involvement in job sector & this has lead to huge economic growth of the country.  less

    -A...  moreTo start the tuition, Rafiq needs to solve his problem immediately with an affordable cost. In villages, the power supply is often cut off. Rather, setup for Ethernet or wireless WIFI connection is expensive, except for SIM. So, here is my idea:
    -A Pocket Router and a good quality USB extension cable can solve his problem. To get network inside his home, he can place the router on the bamboo-head or as high as possible, using a USB extension cable of 10 meters or as required. The router must be covered with waterproof something like polythene.
    -GP Pocket Router supports all SIMs. The SIM which provides best network in his village, he can purchase that SIM's data package from the retailer at least at one-third lower price.
    -For the first month, the full cost including the data package, can be up to a maximum of 3500 takas. If Rafiq does not have this amount, he can request to get the tuition fees in advance as the student is known to him. Otherwise, he can borrow the money for a month from somewhere reliable.  less

    2. If it's not possible then, second option is buying a router (which can be connected to a modem), a modem and a sim. Thus he can connect the sim to the router through modem. This will cost 2-4000 for set up and 500-1000৳ monthly. This need to be placed in a tall tree or on top of a bamboo stick where the network is good. As connecting electricity at that high place will be tough, he can attach a battery based power system which will backup for minimum 3-4 hours.
    Obviously, he can share his connection to other people who need it and thus reducing the cost to bear by himself.  less

Also, each university is now offering it's students 'student loan' in this pandemic, so he can take a loan and go for it easily.

    Rafiq is a University student who earns for himself. Because of Covid's situation, he has to move to his native village. The issues start from here. All income source has stopped.
    
    The situation is, Rafiq does not have a proper internet connection and as a result, he is not able to continue his tuition along with his own classes. Because of his poor financial condition, he must need tuition. An adequate network at the home is the major issue in this case. As he is in the village, the electricity cut-off possibility is high. So, we cannot suggest him for broadband or wifi connection. So, the solution could be a POCKET ROUTER.  less

The donor will deposit the money to the application as a coin and can add coin to the specific persons ID. Donors can see how much coin is needed to fulfill the targeted donation. After being fulfilled, the person can withdraw the coins as local currency. In this system, the charities will get nothing, their task will be only verifying the authenticity and input info to the application from their account mentioning the requester's ID number. Then needy people can directly get the money through the application.  less

So that donar can see who is actually giving his money and how helpless he is.

    @ Shahriar, your idea is good, but hiding donor info might not be necessary since some people may want to disclose their identity while donating and there is still a doubt on whether recipients are real or not.
    @ Sharmin, yes notifications would be good, but we do not know if the recipients are real or not.
    @ Noorjahan, you idea is good too but still this one has an authenticity problem on the recipient side.
