    Illegal resource trading must be with a lower payment. These organizations will take the responsibility to maintain and collect particular resources by the locals; solved the unlawful trading, brought practices of legal occupation and proper revenue have ensured.

    Limiting the resource collection by particular time of year
    will help to safeguard the Sundarban.
    As after tsunami / heavy storms from The BOB - damaged woods can be collected thoroughly. (And same concept for honey, wax, fish, etc.)
    
    This will give time to breathe and grow the natural
    resources.

    communities living near Sundarbans. To save them, Bangladesh Forest Department has taken some initiative but all these actions are now a barrier in their way. They have been managing forest resources for generations so they should be given an opportunity to manage it again and improve on its condition with help from outside agencies.
    
    The government must provide support to ensure that locals can get back into the trade without any barriers or inhibitions by providing training courses and facilities like boats, fishing nets etcetera at subsidized rates which will enable people who live here to make a decent income while preserving our environment and wildlife as well!
    
    Sound management for Sundarbans is an absolute necessity if we are going to preserve this natural habitat of Royal Bengal Tigers as well as other endangered species that inhabit these mangroves! More Forest Departments to monitor and secure the forest resources are also required.  less

    Royal Bengal Tiger,Saltwater crocodile,Dolphine,Hawksbill Turtle are some endangered species of the largest
    mangrove forest of the world,SUNDARBAN.My 1st step in protecting them is to secure their habitat.First of all,
    their habitats have to be identified seperately by drones.To protect their habitats,stations have to be set up one by one at certain distances (Consider 2 station within 1km) around their residence.Each station will have a tracker which will be able to detect any boat within 1 km
    range and a 5 member BGB team will work for every 4km area.Now, how will it track?
    The local administration will provide one fishing boat or ordinary boat for every 3 fisherman free of cost and each boat will carry a boat number which will be recorded to the officials of the local administration.  less

    Beside this,i will tell others that the tiger and its habitat are under threat and that they need our help.I will form forums (or join existing ones) on the web for discussions and exchange views on tiger conservation.I'll speak to tiger and wild ungulate poachers and persuade them to give up poaching. If i know of any information on poaching or trade of illegal wildlife,i'll inform the local law enforcement agencies.

    A fixed time have to be set for fishing,collecting honey and woods etc.Trees of same age group can be cut down in a selected area and then marked for replantation.Those who go to cut down trees in the forest will be given two saplings each by the local administration.When they will
    cut down one tree,they will plant two saplings at the same time in the previously marked area for replantation.The time gap between these cuttings is helpful in re-growth of trees.
    Only one-tenth of the forest area will be selected for use and rotational system will be always followed for their protection.Moreover, various decorative materials can also be made from the wood of the trees,from which they can also earn money.  less

    If the forest authority prohibits the locals to enter the forest
    to save Sundarbans but on the other hand people will have to go without basic human
    needs or they will practice illegal way. For this, the government can step up. From
    my point of view, Bangladesh Government should create alternative earning
    source or benefits so that they won't only depend on the Sundarbans. And education

Thirdly, the govt. should give them necessary commodities for their livelihood. Fourthly, external intervention should be prohibited in Sundarban. There must be made a border by the government to make this step comes true. Finally, no outer boat should be allowed to carry goods from Sundarban randomly.     These measures will be good for them as well as for the forest animals and
    trees.The forest authority can make a workshop or meeting with the local community
    people every month and can give them knowledge about forest degradation.Because
    only economical help cannot make them aware. They need proper knowledge. If the
    Sundarbans is safe, they are also safe.So the forest authority as well as the community

    All the officers and employees posted in the Sundarbans should have adequate knowledge on how to conserve the forest properly and understand the importance of protecting the Sundarbans. Therefore, seminars, meetings, and modern training have to be organized by the government in a row at a given time.
    Appropriate measures should be taken in advance to ensure that the Sundarbans are not damaged in large parts during various disasters and dams can be installed very tightly by identifying the places where wildlife moves more.

As a result, they will able to work with mainstream people of our country.
    Secondly, government could build house for the local communities people(Munda & Others). So, they won't need to collect golpata or cut tree.
    Thirdly, Forest Department could recruit local communities' people as forest guard because they know the forest much more better than outsiders. So, smuggling would be reduced. When the livelihood of the local communities will be secured, they won't hurt the forest anymore.
    Fourthly, government should take some steps to control the wastes of the Rampal power plant. These wasted shouldn’t throw in the forest and reuse them.  less

Maximum people live below the poverty line. So, we should take different initiatives to improve their condition and to save the sundarbans. We should plan co-management initiatives like- awareness raising, alternate income generation, eco-tourism, efforts towards social mobilization and limited boat license certificate. Community based tourism can be introduced as an alternative livelihood measure. Various international organizations, NGOs or banks should come forward to grant funds for local communities so that they can consume other sources of maintenance. People can collect wax, fishes etc. but within the limit. Nature will operate the ecosystem there. No problem with that. I think the resources in one third of the Sundarbans are enough for a good livelihood. But the forest ministry should have to take necessary initiative for the moribund animals like the Royal Bengal Tiger. And the patrolling team there should have to be honest with their duties.  less

During that recovery time local should be restricted to go to that area and authority would take necessary steps like plantation to recover that area.
    
    Authority would strictly prohibit the locals from getting

    In all the villages adjoining the Sundarbans, the government can select the required number of leaders from among the locals and give them responsibilities. Different leaders can be placed in different sectors. Locals will work in each group, the amount and boundaries of their resource collection from the forest can be determined. Group leaders will have the rules of accountability. Wild law and law enforcement must be enforced.

The Sundarbans mangroves region is a UN Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization World Heritage Site, a Ramsar site, and a Class 3 tiger conservation landscape of global priority. And the main reasons of this dependency are the mono-cropping characteristics of their agriculture, low literacy rate, lack of awareness, lack of facilities etc.
    So, Govt. And other agencies Should focus on their education, sanitation and other facilities. As most of them are farmer and do fish farming can practice different agroforestry systems but for this, more researches should be done to ensure which crops, trees grow well in these areas because salinity is a big problem here. And obviously sustainable dams need to be built so that tidal water does not reach the locality.
    If they get their needs which they get from Sundarbans, our forest will be safe. And those projects harm Sundarbans, they should be stopped. Besides Eco-tourism can be a safe way for economic...    less
