  In 21st
  century women are no more confined in their houses .Women are receiving
  education .They are coming out of their houses .About 15 to 20 years ago the
  number of female in school and colleges were optimum but the number female in
  higher education were very poor. The number of female student in higher
  education falls significantly. But now the situation is changing. Lots of
  female students are entering the higher education system. Female students in
  university ,medical colleges are increasing rapidly . Still there is a sector
  were female students are not increasing expectedly . It is engineering . There
  is reluctance in women for engineering. Women are interested in other subjects more
  than engineering. The participation of women is less in engineering .We usually
  don’t see female engineer around us. In each engineering university there is
  around 190-200 girls of 1000 students in an average .Which is about one fifth
  part of the total students or even less...    less
