Automated or digital approach to packaging can also reduce overheads which in turn increases profitability. Making efficient use of resources also leads to less overheads as there is less wastage. Making an option for customers to post reviews is also very important as it gives future potential customers assurance as they read the reviews. Bringing new additions such as new flavours can also boost sales also new themes on trendy topics can help publicise more. New attractive packing with stamps are another way to reach more people.     Housing cost- BDT 10,000
    Total cost of employees- BDT 10,000
    Total fixed cost- 10,000 + 10,000= 20,000...  moreLet's clear the math first(just for the sake of it)-

    Total cost of employees- BDT 10,000
    Total fixed cost- 10,000 + 10,000= 20,000 taka
    Sales price per unit- BDT 500
    Variable cost per unit- BDT 250
    Sales price per unit - Variable cost per unit= BDT 250
    So the break-even point= 20,000/250= 80
    So basically, Mithy needs to sell 80 cupcakes per month to make sure that the cost and total revenue are equal.
    So what can she do to increase her sales?
    A tricky question that does not have a straightforward answer because it includes so many variables.
    All we can do is to lay out some tips.
    Since the cupcakes are amazing, she can take a bit of risk. She can invest more money and spend more money on marketing. What she supposed to do in the future with this nature and result?''I was outraged and sad at the same time. So, I tried working hard from that day such as, attending school, doing homework for presenting a better version of myself. I would study for 4 hours and also tried to choose the quietest hours to study within 24 hours. In addition to these, I also examined myself with model questions every 7 days to evaluate my progress. Finally, I can say, all my efforts paid off and I never have to look back again. I was getting better day by day. For me, no one is Loser and will never be.     So, I participated in South Asian Championship of Call of Duty Mobile. I hadn't any good devices and any support. I told my friends to pray for me but in that time they were laughing at me . As I wan introvert and belongs to a middleclass family they always ignored me and laugh at me.
    From that time I practiced with my team regularly and we went to the semifinal and then they saw my pic on every gaming community and after a week I won the South Asian Cup for my country.
    And I'm a renowned competitive player in Bangladeshi and Asian Community.

I knew that if one left I would be completely alone, so thrived on the social attention of people at school because it made me feel like someone actually cared about me, and there was no other place to get love from adults at home or my neighborhood due to gang activity.
    
    I didn't get bullied at all in high school; I had friends of all sorts of different cultural backgrounds and groups even if I wasn't on "the cool kids" level. The only thing that held me back from making close friendships was still the fact that I was awkward. So what I did was start joining in on teams and activities, not because I wanted to be extra friendly or social (though that was a side effect) but because whenever anyone is doing something they're passionate about it's easy to see their passion for the activity shine through.  less

On that occasion, in front of everyone one of my relatives told me, you cannot do anything in your life, your parents are just wasting their time and they can put their attention on other things instead of this.     I always said to myself that I can win. Sometimes, I failed but never lose hope. Losing is natural and happens to everyone. But, it is not always in our hands, but being a loser is in our's hands. I failed several tests, especially in mathematics. So, I stuck to it until I became good at it. For me sticking with this made me realize the beauty of a mathematical formula.
    
    I think being a loser is very subjective. For some being a loser is passing with 40% while for someone it is dream come true. Being a loser will show you how life would hit you hard and keep you stuck in there permanently if you let it. So losing doesn't make you a loser but not getting up does.  less

    I was a sports enthusiast back in my school days and I always wanted to partake in various sports. But because of my weight, I always struggled and kids use to bully me for that. For that reason, no one really wanted to pick me. So yeah, I was that odd chubby kid who struggled to fit in. One day, I decided to take karate lessons which obviously did not go well because I got injured on the very first day. You can imagine how humiliated I felt. But something happened after that. For some reason, I became stubborn and I did not quit karate even though my parents advised me to quit. After the injury, I did everything to lose weight. That helped me to boost my performance. For some odd reason, I got really good at it and within a very short time, I got the black belt.  less

It's not the end; after my wedding, I was frustrated about my career as it was tough for me to do a job outside. But my passion, desperation again helped there.

    These days almost every nation has good mobile internet coverage. Rafiq can use that to his advantage as internet service providers don't usually cover rural areas. Basically, he can buy a 4G router, a LAN cable, and insert a sim in the router. Buying a
    4G modem from Grammen Phone is another good option to consider. Implementing these methods will give him a better internet connection. So this is the immediate solution.
    However, a poverty-stricken guy like Rafiq will have to spend a decent amount of money every month to maintain the whole. This is where his teachers or classmates must step in. They can raise a fund and make sure that he has everything he needs. This is the classic ALL FOR ONE ONE FOR ALL METHOD. It has to be implemented all over the country on a large scale.  less

    Actually you can get internet access on Android without data plan or WiFi. Fast, simple and unlimited.
    
    Most of USB OTG-capable devices would have no problems with USB Ethernet adapters, at least RINDS-compatible ones.
    
    It's fast - you could easily saturate USB 2.0 with Gigabit Ethernet
    adapter, that's up to 480Mbps. It’s simple - if the network you're
    plugging into has DHCP (most do), it's just plug-and-play. It's
    unlimited - usually there's no traffic accounting on copper ports, at
    least on small networks. And a lot of Ethernet ports available has an
    internet access, be sure to choose one with greater speed.
    
    So, all you need is an USB Ethernet adapter, internet-connected Ethernet
    port at a router (it may look as wall socket with RJ-45 receptacle) and

    The club or library can be a hub to study, and establishing a
    broadband internet zone with those audiences will cut the cost for individuals.
    Also, this platform can attract outside attention from his urban community.
    
    
    The external audience will be his university faculties,
    dedicated university clubs, local and national newspapers, classmates, and
    network companies like Robi axiata or Grameenphone to rethink the issue.

    -A Pocket Router and a good quality USB extension cable can solve his problem. To get network inside his home, he can place the router on the bamboo-head or as high as possible, using a USB extension cable of 10 meters or as required. The router must be covered with waterproof something like polythene.
    -GP Pocket Router supports all SIMs. The SIM which provides best network in his village, he can purchase that SIM's data package from the retailer at least at one-third lower price.
    -For the first month, the full cost including the data package, can be up to a maximum of 3500 takas. If Rafiq does not have this amount, he can request to get the tuition fees in advance as the student is known to him. Otherwise, he can borrow the money for a month from somewhere reliable.  less

This will cost 2-4000 for set up and 500-1000৳ monthly. This need to be placed in a tall tree or on top of a bamboo stick where the network is good. As connecting electricity at that high place will be tough, he can attach a battery based power system which will backup for minimum 3-4 hours.
    Obviously, he can share his connection to other people who need it and thus reducing the cost to bear by himself.  less

    Rafiq is a University student who earns for himself. Because of Covid's situation, he has to move to his native village. The issues start from here. All income source has stopped.
    
    The situation is, Rafiq does not have a proper internet connection and as a result, he is not able to continue his tuition along with his own classes. Because of his poor financial condition, he must need tuition. An adequate network at the home is the major issue in this case. As he is in the village, the electricity cut-off possibility is high. So, we cannot suggest him for broadband or wifi connection. So, the solution could be a POCKET ROUTER.  less
