Mujtaba Rafid Let's clear the math first(just for the sake of it)-
      Housing cost- BDT 10,000
Total cost of employees- BDT 10,000
      Total fixed cost- 10,000 + 10,000= 20,000...  more
Let's clear the math first(just for the sake of it)-
      Housing cost- BDT 10,000
Total cost of employees- BDT 10,000
      Total fixed cost- 10,000 + 10,000= 20,000 taka
Sales price per unit- BDT 500
Variable cost per unit- BDT 250
Sales price per unit - Variable cost per unit= BDT 250
      So the break-even point= 20,000/250= 80
So basically, Mithy needs to sell 80 cupcakes per month to make sure that the cost and total revenue are equal.
So what can she do to increase her sales?
A tricky question that does not have a straightforward answer because it includes so many variables.
All we can do is to lay out some tips.
Since the cupcakes are amazing, she can take a bit of risk. She can invest more money and spend more money on marketing. For example, she can use it to boost her Facebook business page to get more traction or hire a part-time online marketer who will keep a close eye on her customers and see what they want. It will be risky because the break-even point will be higher which means she must sell more...    less

This four letter word isn’t a comfortable thing in someone's life. You have to go through a series of depressions, complications and sleepless nights if this term ever get connected with you. Well, like everyone else, I also have many situations in my life where I considered myself as a complete loser. You know being an introvert makes you disconnected from social life and it's not a joke. Being like that I was ditached from every success I could have achieved earlier. I was a shy person who could not even order a food for herself in any restaurant. I was someone who used to know the answers of most of the questions in school but always hesitated to talk. But you can not be like this forever right? In this century if you want to be successful, you have to talk and discuss. You have to share your opinions so that other persons can know your value. My university clubs did a great job to pull out the talents of me. They forced me to talk everyday and...    less

After 3months of continuous practice, I was selected as an anchor of our varsity convocation program. A girl who could not even talk became an anchor? Yes that is right. I had my will to change the awkwardness inside me and I succeed. If you want something truly, you will achieve that no matter what. Just have patience. You will surely be a winner of that once you thought would be your loosing point.

People used to say I am unable to make others understand my thoughts. I was Bullied for it. Last year I felt depressed but didn't find anyone to share my pain. So I expressed my thoughts and pain in words on my facebook timeline. Alhamdulillah, Not only it cures my heavy heart but also friends start liking my writings and give compliments. Then one day, a friend asked me to do an internship as a content writer. I had no idea about it. I googled, learned, did low paid writing jobs, sent CVs, gave interviews and got rejected many times. Every time I fail I learn something new from my mistakes. Before the year ends, alhamdulillah, I have 2 paid freelancing writing works, one internship. Even i won a physics quiz of coolinventors though I have been a business student from the very beginning. The boys were about to give up and almost lost hope. But they stood together and today their fight has led to a worldwide reputation as one of the best and most well-known K-pop bands in the world.
Taehyung was a son of a farmer; RM's mom used to pressure him about his studies, career; Suga, who loved music but his family always burnt all his hard work as they wanted him to focus on his studies.
The band has almost spread out because they don’t have enough money to continue, no funds, so a few members had to choose between food and transportation and do two things. Behind their confident presence, they were constantly battling self-doubt and frustration. In fact, there is a difference even if everyone loses. "The real losers in life are not those who try and fail, but those who fail to try."  less

According to this index, FLFP of Bangladesh has increased by a lot because in 2008, it was merely 16 percent and now it is 21 percent. This change can be attributed to women's increasing awareness about their role as well as an increase in access of education and job opportunities for them.

The 2011 World Development Report from the World Bank estimates that if half of all unemployed youth were put into jobs tomorrow, global gross domestic product would increase by more than $2 trillion over the next five years—equal to more than 10% of global GDP!

As a result of women empowerment in job sector in Bangladesh, there is an increase in women contribution to household income. In addition, it improves women's bargaining power within their families which is particularly important in promoting the health and education of children.  less

Without the participation of this huge population in the job sector, it wouldn't be possible for Bangladesh to be enlisted as a developing country. The largest contribution of women in economy is in the RMG sector (among 4 million workers, 70% of them are women), & we know 12% of the GDP is contributed by this sector. Though most of the contribution of women in the agriculture (in homestead production,post-harvest production, livestock rearing etc.) is as unpaid labor, still this adds huge value to the economy. Day by day, the participation of women in the high quality services is increasing which will also help breaking the taboo of women refrained from economic activities.  less

According to a research by The Asia Foundation its seen that from 1999/2000 to 2016/2017 the number of female workforce has increased from 8.6 million to 19.9 million which is more than twice & this is largely due to the increased literacy rate of women which stands at 71.95% & safety of women in job sector. The rise in women workforce is also due to Introduction of programmes like Microfinance from NGO’s like BRAC & others. Bangladesh also is the 2nd largest exporter of RMG & the workforce in this sector is largely made up of women. All these has lead to the rise of women involvement in job sector & this has lead to huge economic growth of the country.  less

Women have also made home workstations such as product selling online so they can work from home. As a result of all these the income per capita of the country has risen as the population becomes more productive. This led to the standard of life to go up hill where as poverty has gone downhill. As a result of all these the country has become more stable in terms of economy. In the end it must be said that undoubtedly rise of women in job sector has lead to huge impacts in our economy but we still have a long way to go, but till then নারীদের অধিকারে গাইব❤  less

Our government should have taken proper steps to solve the problem so that the Rohingya can return to their own villages and get proper rights.
      (2) The Rohingya peoples are now located in the forest areas of Bangladesh and they destroyed the forest. They cut the trees for making their shelter. They collect fuel wood from the forest. So for saving the forest areas government should take proper step. Here government can take "Benefit sharing approach" for planting trees. So it's confirm they'll stay there until the problem solved totally. Rohingyas fuel problem can be solved only by the help of foreign NGO's. They are supporting Rohingyas from all aspect. But if they also supply them cylinder gas, they won't cut trees. Though it's hard for the NGO's to supply gas where their basic needs are uncertain. But it can not possible now because of some political issues.
If the Rohingya people's get benefits they plant trees and maintain the trees also. Here proper training and encouragement is needed for planting trees and maintaining the trees.  less

But to cook food they don't have a choice. 13000 acre of Bhasan Char is visible. Where 5000 acres habitable. Other 8000 acres land should be planned well for mangrove and mount forestation.  less

Pascal's principle of pressure describes this knife phenomenon. As a scalar physical quantity ,pressure is defined as the force per unit area applied perpendicular to the surface which it is applied .
The elementary mathematical expression for pressure is giving by ,
      P = F/A
Here, P is the pressure , F is the force acting perpendicular to the surface to which this force is applied and A is the area of the surface .
The same force applied by a sharp knife with a smaller area of contact will exerts a much greater pressure than a blunt knife having a considerable larger area of contact .
Once a blunt knife is through the object (vegetable or other food), there is a greater chance for the pressure to lead to slippage, skidding and injury. A sharp knife can cut using the edge of the e knife with a safer slicing. Rather, cuts from sharper knives can actually heal more easily than those from dull knives. A sharp knife is a safer knife than a dull knife.  less

According to the equation, force is directly proportional to pressure. A blunt knife has more area around the cutting edge than a sharp knife. So a blunt knife requires more pressure for the same amount of force to be exerted, as the pressure applied increases the chances of the knife slipping and cutting Adam's hand increases. Similarly, a sharp knife would require less pressure to be applied for the same amount of force to be exerted, this not only allows Adam to cut through the food but also prevents the knife from slipping and cutting his hand.  less

Abdullah Julaybib Firstly, you’ll need more pressure to use a blunt knife.

P=F/A, for a fixed area, force is directly proportional to pressure. If the
area of a blunt and a sharp knife is same, then doubling the pressure on blunt
      knife means doubling the force.

      Secondly,F= {m(v-u)}/t

Assume, two knives have same mass and you take same amount of time to cut. As
you start from a zero velocity, that means u=0. Ultimately you end up giving
much more velocity to the blunt than sharp one. So, if you accidentally slip
while cutting, blunt will hit your finger faster, which might cause a serious
injury. Sharp knife will have less velocity, which has multiple advantages:
bringing the sharp knife to rest is easier than blunt one. If you slip, sharp
knife won’t hit so fast. It may cause a
little scratch, or you’ll be lucky to stop the sharp knife as soon as it touches your skin (blunt one
      would cause a deep scar).

For same time duration, point of contact (finger and knife)
faces two different momenta. As a result,...    less

Abdullah Masud This is simply an example of pressure in our daily lives. Here, according to Pascal's law (P = f/a, where pressure is the force applied over a certain area), the sharp knife can exert greater pressure than the blunt knife, as the sharper knife has less contact area for the same force than the blunt knife, so the force would be exerted over a smaller area. So in order to cut anything, one would need to apply a larger force in a blunt knife than a sharper knife, and this might result in the blunt knife cutting the hand due to excessive pressure applied by the user while cutting any other objects.  less

Different types of stones get washed up by the stream of Mohanonda from India which enters Bangladesh from the west of Banglabanda Zero point. I think it is a quite profitable business to do as many high rage buildings and roads are being built in the city areas and stones are in high demand. As it is my hometown I am hoping that I will receive assistance from my relatives or from the natives. With the money, I need to buy types of equipment which are essential to cut stones. These machines would cost up to 4 to 5 lakh taka. I will have to provide safety equipment to the workers so that they don't have to suffer from the excessive amount of dust the procedure creates. Which should cost up to 10-20 thousand taka I suppose. And I will keep the rest in a bank so that I can use the money in case of an emergency. I could also earn a fair amount of money from the...    less

The reason I choose this area because it is well known for using solar power and according to weather this area is good for harvesting agricultural foods. I would like to spend 1/3 of my money to invest on solar plan and the rest of them for agricultural purpose. Another reason I choose both agriculture and solar power because I am very much concern about the climate change and it's effect on food . Using solar power will save electricity which will later help for reducing the bad effect of climate change. Solar power and agriculture are both complementary to each other for climate change.  less
