    networking system which will be controlled by Dhaka Metropolitan Police
    with a server room.Automatic object detection is the main process of
    those cameras where machine learning/artificial intelligence can be
    used.
    
    We will place vehicle number template on the roof of the car and the print will be clear and large in size
    so that it can be detected very easily.
    
    When the camera will detect the template,it will send necessary
    information of that car to the server.But the main task of the camera is to check that whether
    the car is in its parameter or not.i mean if the car exceeds its
    speed,or breaks law, it will give a penalty to that driver.Now smart card and driving license is available.So it will directly add to his account  less

Whenever that person will not pay his penalty even after his due time, his vehicle can easily be tracked by police when he will drive again and catch him.
    The drivers who have no driving license can be easily caught and tracked by the machine learning technology, as a result he will have to give his penalty till when he license his car.
    
    
    when he has to pay these penalties month after month, at a time he will be automatically aware of it and follow the rules in the road.like him, a million others will follow which will bring a drastic change in Dhaka city  less

Moreover, it would be better for large vehicles like trucks to move at night. Car speed limit, green; Proper use of red and yellow lights. Those who do not follow this rule will have to be punished for a punishable crime

Most of the drivers drive in their sweet will and often there are less traffic police in important junctures and roads without dividers, we can think of deploying third gender people for the role of traffic maintenance. First they must be trained properly and rigorously on how to behave and control the traffic and instruct them to assist the traffic police to penalise the traffic rule violators. Generally, public are a little hesitant and even scared of them, this sentiment of the people can be used as a traffic rule following factor as well. And maybe, gradually the stereotype of being scared of them will go away along with traffic jam as well. But they must be properly trained and stricter penalties must be introduced for the violators of traffic rules. Unlicensed, unregistered, misfit vehicles and hawkers blocking roads must be removed to free the roads.  less

And what i have seen lot of people talk about law enforcement and security camera, AI, serveilance systems, sim card, registration, vehicle limitation or changing running time , rules regulation etc etc. Bitter truth is these are expensive and we know that our country is not that digital to trace every people on road .
    None of them is not that easy in our country, we are talking about our country not some developed , well controlled country. So what will help us is road widennig. With more specific we really have parking problem . Firstly we have to take step to parking space . So we need to widennig road , and road need to be devited, like ONE WAY . Simple effective and more important safe.
    Traffic monitoring system is only needed most to remove illigally parked vehicle and towed.
    We need more production of towed vehicle and have to effective to do that.

Besides that, traffic law enforcement is also necessary for reducing this problem.
    But at first, I think we have change our mentally towards obeying traffic law and follow the traffic rules. Because we all try to reach our destinations as soon as possible and also have tendency over crossing other vehicles which is one of the main reason of traffic jam and road accidents also. So, we need to learn to overcome this kind of behaviour and give proper education to our future generation for maintaining traffic rules.
    Besides that, one way road could be another way to solve this problem. When we see in European countries, we can see their roads are widen and have one way direction. So, this can be a good solution for our country.  less

Many measures have been taken by the regulatory authority, but all went almost in vain. In my view, the most feasible way to reduce the problem is to utilize the resources the enforcing authority already beholds. There are no need to widen the road or increase public transport. The authority just has to redesign the lanes of the roads and highways, and decide which type of vehicle should take transit in which lane. The vehicles will have to follow the lane rule strictly without failure. Unless they will have to be penalized with capital charges. Also, speed limit should be imposed on every sphere of roads and highways so that the congestion becomes lighter. Our country already has appointed a huge size of workforce to control the road traffic. By utilizing their assistance, we can bring these rules to force and get the traffic jam issue mitigated significantly.  less

    I accept that the initial step to tackling traffic problems is education. By education what I mean is instructing all the drivers on driving aptitudes and habits. Teach them path habits, teach them combining aptitudes, teach them traffic the executives.
    Have stricter guidelines and disciplines. Fine the deviant drivers. Disavow licenses.
    As of now Dhaka is a dead city. To solve this traffic problem the unrivaled arrangement is transforming the super city totally. However, it is unimaginable practically. So there are two choices
    1.Relocate the capital city like Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Malaysia.
    2.Be severe to control traffic.
    In any case nobody can fix the problem. Controlling just vehicles won't be productive except if the law implementation guarantee the parking area the board, street blockage, clearing up pathway and appalling VIP escort in Dhaka.  less

You dont have to be genius to know about these road problem that potholes slow down vehicle like nothing else . So firstly we have to create a clean road . Second one is sewage system and rikhshaw or auto lane.
    In a speedy lane like car or bus when you have similar lane as rikhshaw or autos the problem is not that unseen . Its misplaced speedy vehicle and also again speed . Then sewage problem is not that bad but reasonable . When you dont have a under sewage system then it took a huge space of your road layout. And you have to give your footpath space for sewage drain . So your road narrow down and create jam . And the third one is most ignored and no one is care about is map.     -To build flyover and foot over bridge.

    We can solve this problem by taking some steps and continuously following the traffic rule.
    
    There have some point we should follow,
    
    · Neighborhood schooling (area wise);
    Everyone should follow this. If every parent admits their child at a nearby school, then we can stop on the region which is responsible for the traffic jam.
    · Making a metro rail network;
    Already Bangladeshi government take this step.
    · Reduce or avoid using a private vehicle;
    We should start to use public transport and avoid using privet transportation.
