    Total cost of employees- BDT 10,000

    Total cost of employees- BDT 10,000
    Total fixed cost- 10,000 + 10,000= 20,000 taka
    Sales price per unit- BDT 500
    Variable cost per unit- BDT 250
    Sales price per unit - Variable cost per unit= BDT 250
    So the break-even point= 20,000/250= 80
    So basically, Mithy needs to sell 80 cupcakes per month to make sure that the cost and total revenue are equal.
    So what can she do to increase her sales?
    A tricky question that does not have a straightforward answer because it includes so many variables.

    Since the cupcakes are amazing, she can take a bit of risk. She can invest more money and spend more money on marketing. So I expressed my thoughts and pain in words on my facebook timeline. Alhamdulillah, Not only it cures my heavy heart but also friends start liking my writings and give compliments. Then one day, a friend asked me to do an internship as a content writer. I had no idea about it. I googled, learned, did low paid writing jobs, sent CVs, gave interviews and got rejected many times. This change can be attributed to women's increasing awareness about their role as well as an increase in access of education and job opportunities for them.
    
    The 2011 World Development Report from the World Bank estimates that if half of all unemployed youth were put into jobs tomorrow, global gross domestic product would increase by more than $2 trillion over the next five years—equal to more than 10% of global GDP!
    
    As a result of women empowerment in job sector in Bangladesh, there is an increase in women contribution to household income. In addition, it improves women's bargaining power within their families which is particularly important in promoting the health and education of children.  less

Though most of the contribution of women in the agriculture (in homestead production,post-harvest production, livestock rearing etc.) is as unpaid labor, still this adds huge value to the economy. Govt also starts relocating them which will reduce pressure on certain forest land. They did huge destruction of forest lands by making shelter and destruction is continued because of collecting fuelwood. So if we reduce fuelwood problem by providing biogas or fuelwood substitution actions through coordination of various aid agencies, our forest will get protection. Besides forest department can do plantation programme like social forestry where the refugees will participate. Fast growing species should be planted as if they can get benefit earlier and then they will be interested on tree plantation. Fruit trees can be planted and...    less

    The elementary mathematical expression for pressure is giving by ,
    P = F/A
    Here, P is the pressure , F is the force acting perpendicular to the surface to which this force is applied and A is the area of the surface .
    The same force applied by a sharp knife with a smaller area of contact will exerts a much greater pressure than a blunt knife having a considerable larger area of contact .
    Once a blunt knife is through the object (vegetable or other food), there is a greater chance for the pressure to lead to slippage, skidding and injury. A sharp knife can cut using the edge of the e knife with a safer slicing. Rather, cuts from sharper knives can actually heal more easily than those from dull knives. A sharp knife is a safer knife than a dull knife.  less

    injury. Sharp knife will have less velocity, which has multiple advantages:

    little scratch, or you’ll be lucky to stop the sharp knife as soon as it touches your skin (blunt one

So in order to cut anything, one would need to apply a larger force in a blunt knife than a sharper knife, and this might result in the blunt knife cutting the hand due to excessive pressure applied by the user while cutting any other objects.  less

I think it is a quite profitable business to do as many high rage buildings and roads are being built in the city areas and stones are in high demand. As it is my hometown I am hoping that I will receive assistance from my relatives or from the natives. With the money, I need to buy types of equipment which are essential to cut stones. These machines would cost up to 4 to 5 lakh taka. I will have to provide safety equipment to the workers so that they don't have to suffer from the excessive amount of dust the procedure creates. Which should cost up to 10-20 thousand taka I suppose. And I will keep the rest in a bank so that I can use the money in case of an emergency.
