That air obviously contained some oxygen and CO2.Plants
need CO2 to live. They inhaled the CO2 and exhaled the
Oxygen. With the Oxygen released by the plants, the ladybug survived and it exhaled CO2.The plants then again used the CO2 and exhaled Oxygen. In this way,it continues in a cycle.
For making food,plants need 4 things: water,mineral,CO2
and sunlight.Water and mineral is available in the wet soil.CO2 is available in the air, whereas, sunlight is also saying ‘hi’ there! So?Food prepared!
Again, the main food of ladybug is small insect called ‘Aphid’,which sucks the juice of plants and live there. So, ladybug is getting enough food for her. This is how they both are surviving in the closed container. less

Symbiosis means interaction between two dissimilar organism where both benefit from being with each other. When we are putting the ladybug and the plants inside the glass jar they are getting sealed from the rest of the world. The ladybug respires which releases carbon dioxide, which is taken up by the leaves of the plant. The leaves also get sufficient sunlight from the sun as the glass is transparent. And it also gets minerals from the charcoals in the soil ans as the soil was wet plants can absorb water from it too . The plants use this for photosynthesis and to produce oxygen and glucose. The glucose is used by the plants for food and the oxygen is used by the ladybug for respiration. The ladybug also feeds on the plants to survive. This is how the plant and the ladybug depends on each other to survive. This is known as symbiosis and this is why the plant and the ladybug both survived even if the container... less

Plants produce their own oxygen during photosynthesis and by using that, bug is still alive. Bugs breath through openings in the thorax and abdomen called spiracles. For plants, those gravels will hold water and increase humidity. Charcoal increases the soils ability to hold onto plant nutrients and from wet soil plants get water. So using all of that in the process of photosynthesis, plant is growing and producing foods, oxygens and heat energy. This is how plants and the ladybug are still surviving in that closed container. less

Plants have a process called photosynthesis which requires CO2 and sunlight to produce carbohydrates, water and oxygen for the plants' growth. Those plants need carbon dioxide to grow (plants absorb carbon dioxide through their stomata). For our container analogy, we can say that the plants inside the container are using photosynthesis to create their own food supply from sunlight and CO2. The gravel supplies nutrients such as nitrogen, magnesium and phosphorus which play important role in plant growth. Charcoal also acts like gravel by keeping up humidity levels for optimum growth conditions. The ladybug eats the plants, but both organisms benefit from receiving nutrients from each other. less

Few things ladybug needs to live-
-Oxygen.
-Food source.
-Clean air that does not contain harmful gas like ammonia.
-Suitable humidity
-Available water source
The jer fulfills the requirements like this-
*Plants and algae give oxygen and get Co2 from ladybugs and other organisms.
*Plants get energy from the sun and provide food for organisms. The energy stays almost the same as bacteria and protozoa decompose dead organisms and fallen leaves.
*Bacteria and protozoa break down the waste and make ammonia into nitrate that plants can take. So the air stays clean.
*Charcoal removes excess humidity.
*Water evaporates but comes back to the system like rain.
The jer completes the energy cycle, Co2 cycle, Oxygen Cycle, Hydrogen cycle, decomposition, and controls humidity and air quality. So, Ladybug and her friends can live happily by supporting each other. less

It seems a good idea but if we allow these companies like Google and Facebook to control our data, we may experience many unforeseen consequences in the future as we don't have any legal mechanism to hold them responsible. Do we?

So, let me go off tangent here for a moment and suggest, what if there was such a thing as personal information insurance? We would need something like that before share our information so openly. Also as time progresses, people are relying on companies like Google and Facebook more. So if we are to work with them anyway, maybe we should think of some ground rules. But that's just what I think at this moment.

Your article was one of the best. Thanks for your out of the box thinking! Some of your ideas are not conventional ideas and they are totally new...something no one has thought of before in our community. For example, the idea of playing chess and world polls to decide a war. Elephant toothpaste video was pretty amazing. Your ideas may not be efficient at this time because not everyone wants peace, but it is a good food for thought! What if United Nation gives this a thought? In South Asia, police officers have been seen to control and warn people in streets so they stay home and quarantine themselves due to the deadly Coronavirus outbreak! For example, this picture says it all! A hilarious video has been made about it! It seems to be the only method that works for developing countries with large population. However, there has to be some other advanced method that can be used to warn the rule-breakers who break the social distancing and quarantine rules. Can you guess what that method could be? We can publish a notice from law enforcement agencies that "We are watching your street movement through CCTV camera. if any member from your home goes out, electricity will be turned off at your area for 3 hours". Then every person will be aware about facing trouble in this summer & also they will discourage each other to go out. This can be one solution. Another solution can be like this- if anyone goes out, law enforcement agencies will take him to their training zone & he/she will have to watch 2 hours training video on "How to keep yourself safe during Coronavirus Outbreak". Hope it will work also! Thanks. less

They can't punish them without valid reasons. When they ask people on the street individually why they are out there are mainly three groups based on their answer.1-They are out for their job (like bankers, doctors etc).2- They are out for buying necessary things and 3- These people are day labourer who are out in search of a living.Group 1 aren't mostly the rulebreakers but it is needed to cross check if they are telling the truth. For group 3, there need to be enough proper distribution of food. If they food in their house they will not come out for sure. Group 2 are mostly the rule breakers. Things that can be brought at a time for a week, are being brought in a daily basis. Most of this group are also telling a lie that can't be handled. So we need to mordenalize this fact. That is a method we could adopt. If they break the seal, they are breaking the law. Another method could be ankle monitors which set off loud alarm that alert the authorities every time a citizens steps out of residence. Even the sound of the alarm itself would scare the citizen into heading back home. Setting up sensory alarm triggering devices on the main road, specifically on the traffic lights can also be effective. less
