Moreover, getting beaten or standing in front of the class was a common thing. However, I enjoyed my school life to the fullest until one of the relatives said sarcastically to my mother, ''You are wasting your money on your daughter. What she supposed to do in the future with this nature and result?''I was outraged and sad at the same time. So, I tried working hard from that day such as, attending school, doing homework for presenting a better version of myself. I would study for 4 hours and also tried to choose the quietest hours to study within 24 hours. In addition to these, I also examined myself with model questions every 7 days to evaluate my progress. Finally, I can say, all my efforts paid off and I never have to look back again. I was getting better day by day. For me, no one is Loser and will never be. I had two friends I cared about and they were both ok with being my friend. I knew that if one left I would be completely alone, so thrived on the social attention of people at school because it made me feel like someone actually cared about me, and there was no other place to get love from adults at home or my neighborhood due to gang activity.
I didn't get bullied at all in high school; I had friends of all sorts of different cultural backgrounds and groups even if I wasn't on "the cool kids" level. The only thing that held me back from making close friendships was still the fact that I was awkward. So what I did was start joining in on teams and activities, not because I wanted to be extra friendly or social (though that was a side effect) but because whenever anyone is doing something they're passionate about it's easy to see their passion for the activity shine through. less

Though I could sing nicely in front of them and my family members when they requested me to sing in front of others or at any events I always felt shy and did not sing at all. Once we went to a picnic and a music competition had been arranged there. On that occasion, in front of everyone one of my relatives told me, you cannot do anything in your life, your parents are just wasting their time and they can put their attention on other things instead of this. His words just struck me and I made the oath that I will show everyone what I can do. Then I participated in that music competition and won the first prize. I always said to myself that I can win. Sometimes, I failed but never lose hope. Losing is natural and happens to everyone. But, it is not always in our hands, but being a loser is in our's hands. I failed several tests, especially in mathematics. So, I stuck to it until I became good at it. For me sticking with this made me realize the beauty of a mathematical formula.
I think being a loser is very subjective. For some being a loser is passing with 40% while for someone it is dream come true. Being a loser will show you how life would hit you hard and keep you stuck in there permanently if you let it. So losing doesn't make you a loser but not getting up does. less

I was a sports enthusiast back in my school days and I always wanted to partake in various sports. But because of my weight, I always struggled and kids use to bully me for that. For that reason, no one really wanted to pick me. So yeah, I was that odd chubby kid who struggled to fit in. One day, I decided to take karate lessons which obviously did not go well because I got injured on the very first day. You can imagine how humiliated I felt. But something happened after that. For some reason, I became stubborn and I did not quit karate even though my parents advised me to quit. After the injury, I did everything to lose weight. That helped me to boost my performance. For some odd reason, I got really good at it and within a very short time, I got the black belt. less

And, the arable lands are gradually decreasing. This project may solve the housing issue related to these people. But the other human needs won't be fulfilled by this. From my perspective, some more steps should be taken by the government to help the people to stand in their feet so that they don't need to depend on others.
1. Education is the foremost weapon because none can snatch it away from you. The other resources decrease day by day. But knowledge increases everyday. Necessary programs for educating the young generation should be taken to build a resourceful country.

Because, this project gives house to the landless, homeless, shelterless people which gives them roof over their head. So, they don't have to pass night under the open sky. Besides that, under Asrayan project these people receive technical and practical training and also soft loan which makes them skilled people and help them to income money. This project also gives them some land for mosque, pond.

The project is supposed to provide jobs to unemployed people and a shelter for the homeless ones. The Asrayan project will surely help so many poor families to get out of extreme poverty. Once they get their own land, they will begin to grow corn, rice, or vegetables on it and hopefully start earning their own income without borrowing any money from loan sharks. The landless people will also not have to pay rental anymore as this kind of initiative may give them a chance in life!
I also believe, to make this project more successful and let them be independent, these people need to be trained to manage money better. Although they do not have a lot of money, they can save at least some amount regularly with good management. This will help their families to start saving money on a regular basis. It can even be invested in some small businesses. less

I must appreciate but in the meantime, I also admit that it is a small picture. In a report, it has been shown that the govt. is being able to provide shelter for only 7%. It was one side of the topic which is not discussed most of the time. Let's have a look at the people who have got the facility. Now, how much they will improve it's all up to them. I admit that Asrayan Project is giving a great facility but it's not enough. Why? Because the only shelter can't improve their standard. So, as a result, their standard of living will remain the same. And believe me, it will be the most horrifying part of the project when no output will come. Again, the previous year we have earned 19.8 billion dollars as a remittance.
Each of these earnings is increasing our GDP and standard of living. But please stop. That's only for a few people. It's quite disappointing that more than 60% are not aware of that. In this situation, it's quite clear that what should we do. Yeah, as it is an era of information. Our main focus should be on increasing the skill. Because, this skill can create manpower. And we will be able to send more workers to the foreign which will lead to more remittance. Also, it will create a huge chance to earn from freelancing also. So it's more important, if the government could take another project side by side to ensure them a good source of income, it could strengthen their position.

5.Women need to give more time to their families. So if some professional training can be provided like sewing or crafting, they could earn staying at home.
7.Children can't be used for earning money, but they should be encouraged to contribute to the welfare of society. They can be rewarded for planting or cleaning community. less

The rehabilitated families are receiving several training on serious issues and human resources development for engaging themselves in income generation activities. As the shelter problem is now solved, they can use that shelter cost to pay micro loan if any of them have taken. Moreover, they can save this money and can use it in cultivating fish, raising poultry and farming. Besides, they can use the money to educate the children as education helps reducing the poverty. Also, this project aims at alleviating poverty, by accelerating the way of fulfilling the ''Vision 21''.Thus, I think this project will help lower-income group people to stand on their own feet. less

Now his monthly cost gets decreasing due to he does not commit paid of rent the house.
His savings are increasing. His12 years old son has got off from child work. He wants to continue his educational life again.
Mr Shaharul is thinking, his son will be well educated and will not suffer an economic recession in his future life.
While I was talking to Mr Shaharul, I saw confidence in his voice to stand on his own feet that's why I strongly believe that the Narayan project will be successful.
The future generation of landless people will be the most benefited. less

This project gives shelter to homeless people, those people were barely surviving before they got a house from this project. Now they can stay focus on their daily livelihood. The project has been going economic vulnerability of many homeless families by providing them with shelters and necessary financial assistance to rebuild their life. As the project now targets the impoverished people of the whole country, by aiding them to build their shelter with a means of income generation can also check the displacement of people from one place to another. Beside that this project provided necessary training to them and revolving interest-free micro-credit to enhance income generating activities to improve their livelihoods and make them self-reliant. With this they can start a small business or cultivate their own food and keeping household pet. This project surely a blessing to those people like Rahim Miah. less

Homeless women, teenagers, and children feel helpless or unprotected due to multiple forms of victimization, including forced, coerced, or manipulated sexual activity. So, ''The Asrayan project'' is a development project which aims at providing homes for the homeless and gradually making them self-dependent to contribute to the national economy. This project will help lower-income group people to some extent but government support is needed to achieve this to the fullest, such as,
1.Setting priority for ensuring to access good jobs for lower-income group people.
2.Providing Microloans can be beneficial to the landless people who want to start a new business. If the business increases, it will also create more employment opportunities for others. less

In terms of giving full support to them, we have to be aware of our low income nation. Human need will last as long as people can survive. The forest resources in those area will decrease eventually if this Rohingya crisis lasts for more years. Again as a human we can not also deny them. The best solutions are: (1)Safe and sustainable Rohingya repatriation to Myanmar by giving pressure to Myanmar government from international welfare organizations. (2) However, this will need some time for repatriation so in this time a temporary ID card can be given to them so that they can work with the mainstream people. (3) Productive education program should be arranged so that they can be able to do any work and don't become a burden to the country. (4) As a responsible government and nation, we have to provide facilities to them. So, government can establish some garments or other industries to provide them work. (5) They... less

Biofuel is using waste and rubbish of animals and humans and converting it into fuel. There are two kinds of biofuel, one is biomass using the wastages directly as fuel. They just need to sundry the waste and can use them without extra expenses. Another is biogas, that needs to convert the wastages into gas and use it as fuel. The process is a little bit complexer and costlier. The wastage must be processed and compressed in an enclosed area without oxygen to convert it into a fuelworthy mixture of methane and carbon dioxide gas. If the government or any volunteer association helps to make it, it won't be tough. In the camp, a lot of rohingya people live who produce lots of human and pet animal waste that can be converted into biofuel. Biofuel will be the best and easiest alternative for cutting trees and making fuel for them. Volunteers need to teach them about it and our forest area will be saved. less

1)Educating such a big crowd won't be possible right now. So they can be used in fieldwork or something physical. The eligible men can be hired to protect the forest, help the army to guard the border, stop human or drug dealers, or for road construction or any constructive issues.
And the women can be used to grow corn, sell ocean products, or be trained for some productive work. NGOs can come forward to help the government in this regard.

But before that, the government should have an official count of this population. They can be provided with an official ID. For all the good works, they can be rewarded.
2) A project can be taken by the government where they will take the men who are worthy enough to make a team for forestation, protect the forest and take care of plants.
Also, renewable energy can be used to solve the problem. If solar waves or any renewable energy could be used to create fuel, it could solve the problem more. less

You pose an important question to a difficult problem! Without knowing in detail the situation of Bangladesh and Rohingya refugees, I can suggest based on my work and academic experience with refugee policy in Latin America, that the Bangladesh Gov. should have a very cooperative relation with the UNHCR Office and also empower the national institution that deals with refugees, including a civil society consultative group that could advice the gov, in its decision making process. Best! To solve forest issues, they need to transfer for a temporary camping. So it's needed to contact with others country to solve the problem. We should locate temporary camping for refugees and utilize their man power. So that they could harvest better products or us and they can also survive upon on their money. less

To solve the rohingya issue the government should hit upon a sustainable plan. Firstly, proper shelter must be ensured for their safety. As Bangladesh government save these rohingya people by giving them permission to enter our country, now it is their responsibility as well as challenge to provide house and proper nutrition to this large number of people. Secondly, Work and education should be compulsory for rohingya. If they find the opportunity to read and write and work, it will be easy for them to adjust with Bangladeshi people. Last but not the least Bangladesh government should keep pressurizing the Myanmar government to ensure Rohingya's safety in their country because without ensuring their safety in Myanmar we can not send them back to their country.

So, the best way is to improve their condition and standard of living and make them aware of the importance of the forest. The inclusion of LPG can replace the demand for fuelwood and side by side we can use this vast manpower to our side by making Rohingyas plant trees. Reforestation by the hand of Rohingyas will mean they will cover their surroundings with plants and trees which will gradually bring back the forest cover once we had. The best way to manage a community is to lift its standard of living. Which will minimize their basic needs and turn them into resources. less

Biogas may be a viable alternative to fuelwood. The main raw materials for biogas production are cattle & poultry. There is enough pasture to run the farm. About 8,000 families live in there. If one person from each family gets the opportunity to work on a centrally established farm, it will create employment. The farm will provide economic & food demand. They will be able to export these too. Biogas will be produced from farm waste.Once biogas is delivered to every home centrally, the pressure on fuel wood will be reduced. Large sums of money are needed to set up firms & biogas fields centrally, but foreign aid agencies are keen to fund such
sustainable development.
But whatever we do is a contemporary solution,... less

Rohingyas can be relocated to all unused remote areas of Bangladesh. Forest resources have to be monitored there.
(1) Currently, the Rohingya issue is a sensitive and complicated topic. There are religious and political reasons behind the expulsion of Rohingyas from their homeland. They want to return to Myanmar but have to stay in Bangladesh as refugees because of security.
The Rohingya problem cannot be solved without the concerted efforts of the international community and regional consensus. The Myanmar government should be held accountable to the world for ethnic cleansing. Rohingyas have a legitimate right to live in Myanmar.
(2) Initiatives can be taken from the Bangladesh Forest Department and NGOs.

But it’s not possible so quickly. So, the procedure should be running as well as our Govt. can give them food, protection, education, sanitation with the help of international agencies. Govt also starts relocating them which will reduce pressure on certain forest land. So if we reduce fuelwood problem by providing biogas or fuelwood substitution actions through coordination of various aid agencies, our forest will get protection. But it can not possible now because of some political issues. Our government should have taken proper steps to solve the problem so that the Rohingya can return to their own villages and get proper rights.
(2) The Rohingya peoples are now located in the forest areas of Bangladesh and they destroyed the forest. They cut the trees for making their shelter. They collect fuel wood from the forest. So for saving the forest areas government should take proper step. Here government can take "Benefit sharing approach" for planting trees.
